If you have any passion in your career - this is not the place you're looking for. Strict top-down business culture. No empowerment to agents to make any difference. Management request you for information, but there is no feedback. Even if you're promoted to a senior - no salary negotiation is applied to you. Be ready to be assigned dynamic shifts which will affect your sleep schedule at least 3 times a week Management doesn't know how agents work and they seem they don't care at all. If you need something, raise your voice. Otherwise you'll earn nothing on your end. They'll compensate absolutely nothing even though you're a top performer within the organization.
