Company does not filter Projects they take. My first project was obvious scam I left after 5 days but company offered 3 other options that were more or less stable and clean. I saw a lot of people burning out on another and on my Project and no one really cared... painful to see. Customer Experience Agent - is hell work From outside it looks like it is super cool place to work, cool office, hipsters everywhere around, free coffee/tea but the deeper you go the more you get feeling that it is a empty bubble that does not fulfill you and company does not care about anyone I was very pissed off to pay 5% tax from my own pocket every quarter when company saves 40% not hiring people official. They should take care of it. If you are working as a team lead or manager your life is way easier
