I have a great manager. She is open and honest. If there is a problem - we discuss it together and she is interested in opinions of other teammates as well. On-time compensation. No matter what department you address your question to, you will always receive a fast reply, multiple follow ups until the question is answered.

Cons

It was hard to adjust to the new sphere of work. After that everything went smooth
