Pros

Remote work, If you are just starting your career, then it is a good option.

Cons

More than 90% of the comments and reviews are fake made by managers or by forcing support consultants to make them. A lot of discrimination, no growth opportunities at all. You get told that there are a lot of internal positions to grow into, but that's a lie and the growth is very limited. If you have a look into the company and those who are in managerial positions, it's only Ukrainians. Compensation is not that competitive, a lot of micromanagement, racism and complete lack of transparency and stress. You get no benefits, you are under freelance contract but need to perform employee duties, with fixed schedules, fixed compensation, PTO, hiearchy which feels illegal but they're just trying to avoid paying taxes.

Pros

Doesn't exist, everything is fake until you sign up the contract.

Cons

They fired me once they learned I got pregnant! Also, for the role that I was hired- it was impossible to have sucess because of their company limitations: you need to seek for approval for each tool that you need ( spoiler alert: you will be declined and told to find a workaround). Once the leads start to come in, you are not allowed to reply before getting approval thhat takes about two days. The upper management doesn't have a thing about leading a team and you will be left on your own to manage yourself. This shouldn't be a dealbraker a normal company, but don't forget that here you will get a thousands of rules that shouldn't be broken such as which interpuntual sign you should use. The micromanagement is a whole another topic: you will be asked to fill in Slack Canvas notes about what you do daily and on top of that do the same at Asana-but don't get fooled we are not stopping here: you will also get opening and closing weekly calls with your manager to repeat all of your tasks and their status... total waste of time.
