You might be lucky to work with great people You might get an interesting project Nice office

Cons

Promotions are limited. Your manager might gaslight you. Some colleagues were forced to work while being sick because they've run out of sick days. No bonuses for working night shifts or national holidays.

Pros

The interview with the manager went well, the onboarding lasted 3 days. Training on the project was structured. The team is large, but friendly. The manager helps if needed. Everything is for a good job! I recommend!

Cons

I don't see anything negative.
