The opportunity to work fully remotely and have a flexible schedule.

Cons

The salary discussed during the interview doesn’t match what you actually get (they’ll likely do everything to make sure you earn less). You can be fired on the spot, even after years of working there, with no explanation. Management can be highly abusive.
