Pros

No micromanagement Warm and open atmosphere Great place to work if you would like to stand still right there and get paid

Cons

If you have any passion in your career - this is not the place you're looking for. Strict top-down business culture. No empowerment to agents to make any difference. Management request you for information, but there is no feedback. Even if you're promoted to a senior - no salary negotiation is applied to you. Be ready to be assigned dynamic shifts which will affect your sleep schedule at least 3 times a week Management doesn't know how agents work and they seem they don't care at all. If you need something, raise your voice. Otherwise you'll earn nothing on your end. They'll compensate absolutely nothing even though you're a top performer within the organization.

Pros

Good enough if you work as support specialist at normal project, offices are also not bad. The best thing about the company are the people who work here. Might be good option for students or temporary job when you are not sure what you want to do in your life or urgently need any job

Cons

First of all, every employee is asked to leave a review on Glassdoor, it is almost mandatory to do so. Offices are located at really inconvenient places, paintings inside those offices are sometimes terrifying, projects that you work on (and I’ve worked on lots of them) might be disturbing with unprofessional vendors (as well as some project managers) and obligatory weird shifts. When you only start your work you are not told all the truth about the shift, project, payment, etc, the payment is really low especially comparing it to other companies and they also have a weird way of raising the pay. Almost no vacation and sick days, and due to constant urgent it is also hard to get the vacation approved. Besides that, you are expected to back up people from other projects that you do not work on when they have their days off and of course for free. Sometimes the tracking tools are used to watch you all the time you are working. After working here for some years, I can tell that with every year you feel less and less appreciated, no birthday or anniversary congratulations (the first two years you can receive a template email, if your manager doesn’t forget about it). Besides that, the management and company will do everything to save money on every employee. Also, quite paradoxical situation, but managers will do nothing when they are needed and they will micromanage every non important part of the job at the same time. Everyone in the company is replaceable, so they will not value any of your options. Oh, and CEO of the company is unbearable, during all of those years I’ve never meet a single person who worked closely with her and who actually like her. She nominates herself for most of the awards (which is hilarious) and she has one of the most two-faced behaviour I’ve ever seen, she tries so much for everyone to like her but during the personal communication behaves like she is way better than everyone in the room. AND the most mind-blowing situation that leads me to leave this comment is when SUP uploaded vacations on LinkedIn with positions for people in TRANSNISTRIA and GAGAUZIA (“countries” that are not officially recognised in Ukraine and in other countries) as well as in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia looking for people with fluent English and Russian only, which is extremely hypocritical counting that back than it was only half of the year after the massive invasion in Ukraine and SUP used to tell in every social media how much they work to help Ukraine. Those posts were deleted within a week (thanks to LI tech support), but I still have all the screenshots. That perfectly demonstrates how much the company actually doesn’t care about anything but money and new projects, they have no self-respect. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made is to leave the company. Oh yeah, and also no medical insurance, no tax coverage and extremely confusing and poorly made tutorials on how to manage your own entrepreneur account instead of proper accountant assistant as any other company has. And, please expect calls from managers and venders at any time even outside of your working hours, just because it is convenient for them to do so

Stable company for remote work

Pros

I worked for the company for over a year and I can say that they are stable. I had an interesting multitasking project. It is possible to walk along the carer ladder, but you need to show yourself on the good side.

Cons

I can't think of anything. But it all depends on the project, how interesting it's for you.
