none, even the salary is low

Cons

The managers are horrible,nobody listens to you as an agent and you're just another cog in the machine, theyre also so unflexible with their schedules even if they promise you so in the interview. I got randomly laid off even after putting up with all this, its so unfair that a company can get away with so much

I really wouldn’t say anything negative. Only a somewhat not so positive: You can’t just request vacations, you’ll have to train a backup before leaving and you’ll have to request 15 days or more in advance
