      Pros

      Caring staff. Always able to assist with any questions. Flexible projects. You have an option to pick multiple fields of work. Reliable compensation. You will get paid without any issues.

      Cons

      Flexible schedule. While i think it's 50\50 on pros\cons, you won't be able to get a good amount of sleep sometimes due to 8-hour shift gaps. This also does lead to some inability to follow your hobbies.

      Pros

      For me it is vital that my work-life balance is met, and also that the company helps out should there be any life situations that need to be resolved. I like the trainings, the spirit of the company and how the company acts towards their employees.
