Pros

Great for people who have no sales experience. The company offers a lot of help in building sales expertise.

Cons

A lot of information is required like in-store procedures, product knowledge, brand goals that change frequently, etc. A lot of online modules to complete outside of work.

Pros

Good bonus if you hit targets and good incentives with good prizes. Good rate of pay for just a sales associate.

Cons

Horrible managers (literally screamed and bullied staff members), not flexible hours at all (can't even book a day off unless you use holiday pay) bad hours, no room to grow, and have to put in your whole years worth of holiday requests by end of January!!
