The company culture is warm. Great co workers and the organization does not pres their people.

Cons

Less opportunity for career development is the biggest reason smart people is leaving. Senior management is not effective nor organized.

The product is beautiful, the customers are fun, and the company growing. If you are driven, dedicated, and passionate, this is a wonderful place to grow in your retail career.

Cons

As with anything worth having, this is not an "easy" job: you have to manage a small team with a limited budget to get quite a bit done operationally while still achieving sales goals.
