- wide range of staff discounts - depending on the store you work at; different team & different managers - flexibility rosters - good for uni students enjoying infrequent shifts for casuals

Cons

- Treats long working employees unfairly to new seasonal casuals - new casuals are more in favour - from amount of customer complaints, material of jewellery is questionable. - feels bad for casual staff - new roster system is based on KPI, some staff left with 0 to 1 shift - shifts are unreliable, management over hires staff - majority of staff are casuals unless, ASM or SM and minority of full timers being sales - dependent on your manager, some are good some questionable
