Pros

Swarovski is overall a good employer, very transparent and supportive. The atmosphere is positive, I have the pleasure of working with very smart people and always learning in my role. The product is also beautiful and I like seeing the initiatives to develop it further and engage more with customers.

Cons

Like most multinationals, Swarovski is changing a lot and often which requires constant adaptation in many areas and this can be often tiring and give a lot of insecurity.
