Good staff discount Good canteen (Männedorf) Close to the lake and tennis courts Many sport events for employees

Incompetent people manager No empathy Unless you are well connected (family friend or friends of friend) managers do not give a damn about progression Inflexible mentally - very old fashion way of managing people Top management completely out of reality - they have no clue about what people on the floors are doing High turnover of people... but again no one cares...... The company attracts many superficial people....
