Of course, we are thrilled to read that you list as Pros: “The culture and values are great” building a culture of teamwork and connectedness is important to us at Swarovski. Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life and we are sorry to hear that you feel our “hours are not Flexible”. We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. However we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not always achieved, but we do try to do are best. Please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our management or HR Team to make sure their concerns are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter. Once again thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors with Swarovski.

Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “”pay” and “vacation time”. At Swarovski we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure. We are also proud as part of our compensation program which includes: vacation time, a generous merchandise discount, flexibility in scheduling and a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our Part-Time employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. As for your comment about “no work/life balance, scheduling was not good”, we understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible and to balance this with the needs of the business. However, we do acknowledge that sometimes this is not always achieved, but we do try to do are best. Once again, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review at Swarovski, we value feedback both positive and negative and your feedback will be shared with upper management as feedback is crucial to the betterment of the company. Nice building, international environment, flexibility (it depends on your manager)

Cons

Not reliable (continuous restructuring) No fact-based decisions, rather emotional, based on pure family fights Processes completely messy Business units not aligned, everyone is pursuing its own benefit, even if this means another business unit will suffer No end to end responsibility People are not valued: you get promoted only if you know the right people, no meritocracy The values they claim are just words, not reflected in reality
