Pros

Discount Decent name to have on your CV Depending on where you work, co-workers can be nice Prime locations: accessible

Cons

Everything else: electronic rota system means that even if you work part time, you can't have any other commitments. You cannot refuse overtime, unless it's more than +100% of your contracted hours

Pros

I enjoyed the work environment and the brand has a great image. I wish the cons didn't exist, I would have love to stay. Staff in RI was genuine. Good benefits and even more if you live in RI.

Cons

Position lacked direction and challenges. Co-workers didn't provide any guidance and were reluctant to answer questions. Sales team preferred to work independently and didn't support this role.
