Pros

The discount on product is amazing, and I had some great team members that I had the privilege of working alongside. Benefits were better than average.

Cons

Disorganized management with unclear strategy, poor communication throughout the business. Work life balance was non existent which caused burnout for many. Morale has been very poor for quite some time now and does not show any signs of getting better.

Pros

They are a wonderful family based company with a deep understanding of what luxury means. Their training is in depth and comprehensive and if you're willing to relocate huge opportunity for growth. I've never worked for a company that appreciates and values their employees as well as Swarovski.

Cons

I think for part-time employees the pay is too low and the expectations of them are too high.

Pros

- Structured - Clear processes, uniform across company - Lots of training for product knowledge and sales techniques - Great discount

Cons

- There was not a computer system being used for recording KPIs when I was there, so all this was done by hand, taking up a lot of time.
