Pros

large international company, therefore you get interesting exposure. Family business

Cons

Very bad communication flow. Minimum investment into employees. Limited possibility for promotion. As a family business, who do not always have the same line of though, irrational, spontaneous decisions are quickly made and often later aborted. Everything is about cost saving and moving to eastern europe.

Pros

Strong team work, strong values shared with the people in the company and they give you several trainings according to your performance. The management cares for you. If you like organised spaces and rules in the luxury industry, this job is for you.

Cons

Salary is low, especially when you do not meet the sales objectives. The retail environment was a bit strict: no chatting between staff, no laughing when clients are there. Really competitive if you want to start a career and go up the ladder.
