Obtain premiem luxuary experiance. Good 401. There really isint anything much more. Alot of people leave for lack of respect.

Cons

No room for growth, horrible pay there is no balance or commision. Company needs to invest in there brand ambasadors

Pros

Working with beautiful, quality products. Fairly easy work physically. Great bonus and discounts. Many incentives.

Cons

Very cut throat an associates are not guided or managed to play a fair game on the floor. It was a free for all with no consideration. VERY competitive. Everyone is a key holder but not paid accordingly as key holders do management duties for not enough pay or benefits.
