Great benefits including bonus incentives and conferences, good support, a head of retail who really cares, pride within the brand

Cons

Head office (especially HR) can be unorganised and take a long time to reply to queries but I find this similar in all retailers

great for those that understand the culture that swarovski is build upon, opportunities to grow

Cons

you opportunities for grow come with a very costly price, where you can be relocated within the various stores within the 50-60 miles range under the same pay rate, with little to no compensation for miles travel or expenses. is not until is too late that the efforts are recognized that the opportunities are presented to the worker
