      Pros

      I have worked for 8 major retailers in my career, none of which treated their employees with as much respect as Swarovski. This company truly values it's employees. I have ample vacation time, and I have never been denied time off. Yes they have high expectations, but they also compensate you and treat you like gold. I've met and worked with some of my best friends at this company. Swarovski hires people with integrity.

      Cons

      The grass is not greener on the other side. A lot of the complaints I have read about Swarovski on this website are either common issues one will find in every company, or they were extremely store specific about one bad manager.
