Pros

Swarovski cares about their associates, successes are ALWAYS acknowledged and rewarded. They have a clear and proven system for training and accountability for associates. Their benefits are great!

Cons

No clear path for personal or professional growth. The management training program is abbreviated (its only a week long). Corporate support is limited to HR, Payroll, and accounting, IT, maintenance and LP still needs to be ironed out. Payroll is based on dollars and not % business.

Pros

If you love crystals you get 30% off the original price.

Cons

Long introduction period and manager was too unsociable to new workers.

Pros

Always offered incentives for going beyond monthly goal. Swarovski is always looking to make a difference in the community and internationally. Best team of co-workers and management I have ever worked with.

Cons

Lots of downtime. No, really. Lots. A few high maintenance customers and enough room for their ego's. Shiny jewelry and a paycheck really means my jewelry and no paycheck.
