      You get a below competitor paycheck

      How did you get treated during this pandemic? NO 401k match, “voluntary layoffs” no merits Did the execs take a paycut? NO Did the execs give back bonus? NO Did the execs sign on bonuses get held back? Doubtful The leaders care about the money in their pockets not the employees that is the culture. You have no worth here whatsoever. It doesn’t get any better here since we merged with INC it gets worse and worse. After the merger it had so much potential but the turnover and the leadership decisions say everything. The reviews with five stars have very little words that says something

      Flexibility throughout the day. Moderate sales activity requirements.

      Cons

      No room to expand you commissions to increase overall income past $90k. Pharma contract positions aren't super stable.
