For my particular position, working from home is almost impossible. After 6 months, you get 1 day work from home, then at 18 months you get 2 days work from home. You can also get on a bad project team where they do not foster your development in the position.

It would be good if you are keeping person who are capable instead of person who are giving quality issues. Work from home policy should be same for everyone. Some people after resignation getting work from home and HR is extending their work from home without any reason. People who are close to management by giving them parties or are getting promotions and those people enjoying their lives not to be in office. If they are in office they come and leave office as per their choice. In office, they spend their time in cafeteria or outside the office and action taken by HR or management. It’s a request to HR and management, kindly ensure that everyone is following the rules and action is taken. Kindly promote who are working hard, so that every employee can do work with enthusiasm.
