      Great company but not for all

      Pros

      Balanced workload but not the case for everyone. I drew the better end of the stick. Not sure if there’s career growth here but we will see.

      Cons

      Seems to be quiet layoffs. New CEO since Q4 of 2023 but he’s been radio silent.

      Opportunities to do different kinds of work.

      This company is all about the bottom line at the expense of it's employees. We had a great team with good bosses and then they moved us under another group, all of our leaders left, and the team became unrecognizable.

      Pros

      colleagues at SH were some of the best I've worked with in terms of team work and camaraderie.

      Cons

      Management at Syneos Health did not communicate the needs of the job correctly and that resulted in Novartis (the company that I was seconded to), not renewing my contract beyond 12 months.
