      Heading in the right direction but very disorganized...best to stay away until the dust settles

      Very disorganized due to recent merger; guidelines and expectations overlap between three organizations and employees are repeatedly told to do one thing based on SOPs or instructions that are out-dated only to find out they violated a new policy that hasn't been disseminated yet are dinged for not meeting expectations.

      I've barely started working here and already there are so many red flags. Some of the recruiting staff are really pushy and annoy you via phone, email, even LinkedIn but are not at all detail-oriented and I have to repeat myself. The on-boarding specialist has horrible communication skills and seems really disorganized. We'll see how this goes.
