Great workplace culture, confusing senior mgmt org
Pros
Flat structure (no titles internally) allows for exciting cross-functional collaboration without formalities inhibiting exchange of ideas; free lunch at New York City office and lots of HR-sponsored events to help employees take a needed break; competitive client set allows for employees to work on very interesting projects with high profile clients; highly entrepreneurial, everyone regardless of 'title' is encouraged to cross-sell and win new business (very different than typical agency archetype which is to leave this to very senior managers); lots of opportunities for junior talent to work on stretch assignments and with senior leaders
Cons
Pay is not competitive with industry standards; unclear organizational structure at the top after going public; lots of emails from new C-suite but without context; very little inter-office rotation opportunities; outdated technology infrastructure
