They change line managers around quite a bit. When you get a manager that may not (culturally) understand the use of the English/American language, misunderstandings happen.

This place has gone downhill since being bought. The environment is toxic, the management is useless and misogyny and favoritism abounds. I worked there for over 18 years and just watched the ship sink.
