Good work life balance, but heavily depends on your manager. Opportunity for OT if you want it. Good place to learn a lot of skills to put on resume.

Cons

CRO pay is less than that of big pharma. Process changes are on-going due to lab harmonization which makes training period longer than typical and can be confusing.
