Things have stabilized and new leadership appears solid, but we're still working off years of unaddressed issues. It's not a "well-run company."
Cons
Compensation is probably at or somewhat below average. For non-billable FTEs, there's limited professional development support. It can be a difficult organization to traverse and there aren't clear pathways for advancement.
