Mixed bag, ended with a big bang

Nice colleagues, reasonable salary (although somewhat to the low end) and free healthcare

Cons

Lots of misfunctioning IT systems, much focus making money without taking the employees health in consideration, lots of changes in higher management, terrible lower-mid management. Ended up with a manager who was after me after requesting a raise (after a great yearly review) because I only ever got 50 euro's more since I started working there. After that all hell broke loose; manager was after me all the time and made sure my contract was torn and I lost my job.

Depending on the line manager, life/work balance can be OK.

Cons

Most middle management is outsourced to eastern european countries, making communication difficult and impersonal. Upper management use classic business mumbo jumbo to calm employee complaints without doing anything to solve our issues. Extremely impractical and unreasonable requests from project teams.

Salary is good, no other pros

Cons

Expenses for CRA travelling take long time to be reimbursed. Managers has never answers and the workload is huge. 50 hours per week or more is not life. 15 days spent in on site monitoring is not life. Low Quality level offered to customers is the result.
