Incredibly understaffed Losing profit- billing clients wrong, not receiving all $ for work performed 0 bonus, 0.025% merit increase (a joke) I am a CTM doing CRA tasks, covering visits, contacting sites, etc because there's a major shortage OVERWORKED, 0 life/work balance Disorganized, received barely any training during onboarding and that resulted in several QIs for missed tasks on my behalf, when I was never trained to do any of those items

I’ve worked contracts for years and Syneos was by far the WORST! HORRIBLE MANAGER, all criticism, NEVER PRAISE NOR ENCOURAGEMENT! And don’t even think about getting severely Ill, like Covid, because they will do all they can to make sure you do not get short term leave pay while they continue to tell you how you being hospitalized, not working, is costing them money! Their product training is HORRIBLE! Literally, you watch videos, scroll thru modules & take quizzes….. You are then expected to magically be a product expert, know how to navigate their employee portal, etc. ZERO SUPPORT & terrible leadership! They also say they care about work-life balance but they lie!!
