Syneos Health reviews

Syneos is a mess leftover from the original merger of INC and inVentic. No one has any support. Now there are several smaller acquisitions that were just thrown on top of people who were drowning for a quick buck. No one has a plan or can take clear direction on integrating these companies. It would be a mistake to stay here because everyone in the HR department is lost. There's no room for career growth when people are just trying to stay afloat. Upper management also clearly doesn't seem to recognize this. Instead of doing a root cause analysis and seeing the larger issues all stem from employees not having true support, they have thrown Service Now into the mix. This clearly is only going to make employees feel unheard and like this is just another way management can pawn off their needs.

Low pay and overly assigned employees. No performance accountability at top levels. No financial rewards and recognitions to retain. High attrition! New employees tasked with cleaning up messes left by those running out the door.
