Syneos Health reviews

I ledt recently due to disorganization. Disallignement of systems procedures, financials and reportings. Organization confused after the merger. They will take several years to achieve good standards. No value from even huge personal experience: politic matters more than skills and experience for career and development.

Legacy inVentiv was an excellent place to work, but since merging with INC, Syneos is no longer a great place to work. Their main focus is metrics and $$ now, which is understandable in the business world, but employee engagement does not seem to matter in the slightest. In my department, there became too much work and not enough resources. The merger was not handled well. Leadership focused solely on the placement of leadership and employees were unclear, for months, about what was happening to their position, only to find out that promised promotions were not available. The merger was actually more of an acquisition of inVentiv by INC. Most of the company’s BUs have switched to INC processes/systems. INC folks were not interested in changing any of their processes and complain at the slightest change while inVentiv folks basically have a new job.
