HR don’t take any action on whatever highlighted to them. Even without discussion and submissions of yearly performance review it was closed without any comments.

Trying too hard to be like their competitors. Eyes are bigger than their than stomachs.

Cons

No real movement up. Recruiters try to entice you with more money but career growth is very slow. Most people stay in the same positions for longer with no real career progression.

Pros

My direct managers are great and allow for great flexibility in my schedule. The benefits are good overall and the offices are nice.

Cons

I've worked for this company since it was small. Watching it transition to a much larger company is exciting but also disheartening. It has gone from an employee first and transparent company to only caring about the bottom line ($$). Overall it's a great company to work for but this one aspect really weighs on me some days.
