Team members are great people who genuinely care about their respective jobs, CRAs have non-study line manager to provide support

Cons

Too much work, not enough support provided to clinical teams. Cross-functional tasks assigned to CRAs who do not have time or support to accomplish them. Unrealistic work expectations vs FTE allocations, outdated systems

Competitive pay; reputable CRO; a great stepping stone to another role at a different company

VERY high turn over; expectation of 48 HOURS MINIMUM on a salary (with weeks of work where you go beyond 48); poor staff morale; unequal rules across the board (some people are allowed to work from home where others aren't); leaders are not progressive; employees are not valued; they clearly care more about money than staff; very limited diversity. Seriously don't work here. look elsewhere.
