40 year history and leader in a very important tech space. Competitive compensation and good work life balance. People are very nice.

Recent ups and downs - some of it to be fair due to issues they can't control (geopolitical, etc)

Great 5 months and then went all downhill

Loved the company, position and team members;

Cons

Managers don't provide feedback I've requested feedback regarding my performance and if my position was at risk (due to headcoubt reduction) and it was told that I shouldn't be worried. A week before my probation finishes I was laid off with no performance reason.
