      Many challenging tasks to do with. You never feel bored.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. have to juggle many things at a time. need to solve urgent task within a short time.

      Pros

      Now that I've been working here for a while, I can see that management genuinely cares about work-life balance. Not just a corporate slogan; they understand the value we bring to them and treat us accordingly. As a newer employee, I've found the employees to be smart, committed, and eager to help me succeed. Same with management, which seems to be superb.

      Cons

      So far, very few downsides. Tight IT budget makes it hard to support our users.
