      Poor Salary.. Pathetic Management

      Pros

      No good projet, no work pressure. You have 1 year experience or 15 year, all do same thing.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement. Extremely poor Salary in ncr. Whenever you ask for good hike, they say you are best paid employee. Lies, lies and lies. Projects for analog domain is also very poor. Everyone is just doing simulations. No scope for innovation. Smart folks have left. Only those are remaining, who can't leave ncr.

      Pros

      I don't see anything good about this group. Company wise should be much better.

      Cons

      1. Employees are expected to work 24x7. No work-life balance AT ALL. Literally no life at all. Don't come to Embedded Memory Group if you want a life. 2. No reasonable plans for any project. Plans change everyday. They will send you a plan on Sunday night which deadlines for all items are Monday. 3. Meeting all the time. After all the meetings during the daytime, you are expected to finish all your work at night. If luckily you don't have a meeting at night also, which including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 4. Instead of becoming a good circuit design engineer, you have more chances of becoming a good excel sheet maker. 5. Don't make any plan during workdays because everyday you will have a surprise.
