A lot of development work goes on here, so its a very nice place to learn your trade. Team sizes are not huge, so everyone gets to do some good work.

Cons

Its a company with low attrition due to balanced work loads and such, but keeping this in mind, the company pays lesser than others.

Friendly office , all people helpful , good first job salary . All my managers are always ready to help . Alot team building activities.

Cons

The carrer progress is hard and not very explicity (you are never told how and when you can progerss) . The site ( Maia) its not in a very good zone , far from Porto .
