      Nice people locally, very poor software quality, prehistoric process and technologies, catastrophic global management

      Pros

      Compensation and bonus are attractive, local team is very friendly and pleasant to work with (Wissous).

      Cons

      Prehistoric process and technologies, global management looks like the mexican army, very poor and totally inexperienced managers at the global level. Suffering a lot with customer support activity, no real interesting projects, no innovation, absolutely no view and no confidence for the future (emulation). There is no career possible in France, everything is driven from the US. There is absolutely no balance between work and personal life.

      Solid company performance but terrible finance organization

      Pros

      Solid company with solid results. Co CEOs get along well and are nice.

      Cons

      If you work under current CFO you better have thick skin because he's MEAN! I think mean is an understatement. They guy thinks he's God and thinks he can do ANYTHING he wants. Very unstable environment with finance directors constantly fulfilling their hidden agendas. Never know when u're next in the "firing list". They always have a target, at least 1 person per year. CFO and company fire people without reason and tenure & hard work don't matter. Never know when you are next. HR team is there to protect the company NOT the employees.
