      Pros

      I joined Black Duck because I could see the passion the employees had for the company. Despite the recent negative reviews, this still stands. It’s a fast paced environment, where every day is different to the next, this keeps you motivated and challenged. Management teams in Europe and US are one the most supportive teams that I have worked with. Great culture which filters down from corporate: work hard, play hard which is rewarding. Agree the office is small but it’s a growing company, but this makes it a fun place to be. Blend of Sales, Marketing, CRMs on one floor encourages us to integrate with each other.

      Cons

      Everyone is so busy, we should take more time to reflect on the great work achieved.

      Pros

      Used to be a really fun and exciting place to work. Nice perks like a pool table, modern office, free drinks, some genuinely lovely people to work with.

      Cons

      So many to mention. Atmosphere is horrible now, lots of incidents of people blaming each other at every opportunity, people swearing in someone’s face, the noise level in the office makes it hard to work, management is non-existent/missing. Certain individuals who are supposed to be in charge are usually out of the office or locked in their room and only ever speak to a handful of direct reports. The only time you hear from them is to listen to their boasts about cars, watches, the latest shiny thing they just bought.... Everyone knows about the sexual harassment cases that have been ignored. Can’t believe it’s 2018 and it’s not dealt with! It’s really upsetting having to work here now. It wasn’t always like this, many of us are so sad.
