Pros

Great benefits and extra perks like family planning insurance with Progyny, plus amazing education benefits partnered with Bright Horizons.

Cons

Critical remote employees are not valued. Company culture has tanked since merger and has not been addressed. Teams/departments run so lean that burnout is inevitable. Lack of professional growth options unless you live in Seattle, Dallas or Kansas City. Pay is low compared to industry standards. Senior leadership is not diverse and inclusive despite prioritizing the message to the company. CEO seems solely focused on profitability and no longer the employees.
