Pros

Atmosphere. Multiple shifts. No labor, all age groups can do it. Bonuses for just showing up (Pro for new hires, con for tenure). $20 starting pay (again, pro for noobs. Con for long term)

Cons

Bonuses were crippled so everyone can get one, if you're good at your job, I'm talking top performance- you might make 45$ over the person that just shows up. When the starting hourly minimum increased, it evened out all the raises tenured employees gained over their years of service. We received nothing and was told to be happy for everyone else. So it's pay structure supports quiet quitting, and the only thing worth your time is getting sales, which people cheat. The hardest part of your job isn't customers, it's picking after your own peers who're either too new, are scorned and couldn't care less, or are cheating for short term gains. Also, systems are a lot more restricted now than they were pre-covid. It's really Tmo's way or the highway and less about making the customer happy. If you can't escape customer care, there is little pay advancement. Yearly bonuses of 3% get offset every few years when minimum pay increases.
