Pros

Amazing Benefits, a company that cares about its employees.

Cons

Not enough people employed. Not enough Pizza/Ice Cream when they pass it out.

Pros

Excellent benefits, wonderful people, facilities contain a gym and a cafe

Cons

Highly demanding environment - "puke and rally" is a phrase I've heard often regarding how people treat taking sick days. Sick days and vacation all pooled together which only works in your favor if you never get sick. Constant verbal abuse from customers. Training is 10 weeks, but could easily be doubled and still not cover all the information your're expected to know on the floor.

Thanks for your candid feedback. Our frontline roles are demanding, as T-Mobile strives to provide the best customer service experience in the industry. T-Mobile has a very generous PTO program that only gets better the longer you’re on the team. As for our training, it is ever-evolving as our customer relations does as well. If you feel like you’re still missing some pieces after training, please make sure to work with your leadership team so you all can sync up and you can get the assistance needed. Thanks for your hard work and for bringing your feedback to our attention. --Your T-Mobile Careers Team

Pros

Not only do I love working for T-Mobile, I love the growth opportunity! Hands down best place to work!

Cons

The down fall is honestly the mentally exhausting work of being in a call center. We are very well taken care of but customers can make it extremely difficult sometimes.
