Pros
Ever since John Legere came (and went) to the company, the focus has been on doing the absolute best for our customers for everything from network quality/availability to how much we charge for our service. Moreover, as a work culture, I think that you would be hard pressed to find a company that spends more time on (employee) inclusion, acceptance, fair treatment and growing your career. They realize that they can only succeed with a strong, dedicated employee base and to achieve that you have to accept people for who they are, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or political stripe. Everyone here does in fact 'get along'.
Cons
The merger with Sprint has had its challenges. Re-orgs seem to be a quarterly event even though they say that no more are coming, they just keep coming. There seem to be more turf wars occuring than before the merger and all of this makes getting critical work done harder and harder.
