Pros

The benefits are good and in times of uncertainty it is nice to have a regular paycheck while some of my friends and family are struggling.

Cons

The loss of key leaders over the last has had a negative impact on morale and the desire to support the company. The leaders who left were able to get the best out of their teams, had a vision, and helped the executive leadership stay grounded and do what was right. Turnover can be a good thing, however the wrong people left. My peer group is proactively in looking for outside opportunities as the business continues to spiral downward, benefits are cut, and management looks the other way as the values are not followed. Lack of trust, trickery, and hidden agendas by senior management looking to save their own jobs is normal.

Cons

-high turnover of sales associates (therefore you constantly need to retrain) -constantly changing commission structure -policies inconsistent across departments (sales management, loss prevention, and financial operations/ auditing for example)

Pros

The benefits are very good and overall pretty good culture. If you are work in the right department and with a good team it is a good place to work.

Cons

Upper management in the wireless industry is generally so far removed from what is "actually" happening at store level they often make very poor decisions regarding the best way to move the business in the right direction. It is not uncommon to spend months on projects that are a complete waste and that front line people recognize immediately however these front line people suck it up and become "yes" people to please the people above them. After months of getting nowhere management will typically changes direction and move on to something else.
