It's a job not a career.

Pros

The pay, benefits (medical/dental/vision are very affordable), and the 401k matching that is offered.

Cons

The hours get worse and worse, almost all shifts had changed to 4/10's and when you are on the phones for that amount of time you can get stressed out.

T-Mobile has excellent benefits and a good feeling overall compared to many corporations. Pay is decent and middle management is relatively good.

Pros

TMO is a great place to start if you already have a few years of experience under your belt. In the beginning, the job is pretty overwhelming, but once you get into the swing of things, life as a Recruiter is great. TMO is on the cutting edge of technology and THAT alone is pretty cool. I'd recommend TMO to anyone.

Cons

The ups and downs of the wireless industry in general can be pretty stressful.
