Pros

Tmobile offers a great benefits package as well as opportunity to make as much commission as you would like. There is a set hourly rate for sales representatives, however the more you sell the more can make every month in commission. The management team also works well with employees to help make sure you know how to make sells and most importantly help customers with whatever they might need. As part-time there is potential to make many sales and high commission checks, it depends on effort, and selling capability.

Cons

Sales are very competitive, this can some times result in negative energy among sales colleagues.

Pros

Benefits. T-Mobile offers outstanding health insurance coverage, employee phone discount program, generous vacation accrual, and a 401k matching plan.

Cons

It really depends on what team you are on and the leadership on that team. This will be the main factor whether you love or hate your job. My current coach, senior rep, and manager lack the people skills to effectively manage a team. We are treated like robots and not individuals. Feedback is provided in very unprofessional manner. In able to provide world class customer service, the customer service reps need to be confident and need to be happy. Otherwise the customers will suffer. My teammates are walking on pins and needles because of all the pressure and high expectations placed on us.
