      The people, culture and benefits. Lots of vacation. Excellent work life experience and a fun working atmosphere

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility in mgmt. One path to mgmt with requires less bonus and a step down and lower pay.

      Moves quickly - largely driven by good people - many chances to try new things.

      Cons

      Often disorganized - company has very short attention span and generally is off doing the next thing before the first thing is actually done well. Great at starting new programs, mediocre at maturing existing programs.

      Seems to have all the right ingredients for true success, but was never able to put them together correctly.

      Pros

      Industry is still hot. The new management appears to have both a vision, as well as the will to actually stop trying to be all things to all people.

      Cons

      Many of the less than stellar management is still there, even after recent layoffs. Budgets have been cut way back, so the perks and benefits of previous years will not represent the way the company will spend moving forward.
